Alpha Series and Tests

The alpha series production is characterized by careful attention to detail and quality to ensure maximum compliance with customer requirements. During the alpha series production, a production file is created under the direct supervision of the product designer, project manager, and quality assurance team. At this point, the production process already includes a training process in which the production line manager tutors the line workers about the specific requirements of the product as derived from the production file. Simultaneously, an automation process is defined for the next stage, serial production.
