Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Quality Assurance aspects of the company;
- Responsible for the compliance with the Medical Standards (9001 and 13485);
- Develops, updates, and implements quality assuranace procedures and work instructions according to applicable ISO standards;
- Reviews and validates the technical documentation related to the production process;
- Monitors and analyzes key quality performance indicators (scrap rates, customer complaints, non-quality costs);
- Manage non-conformity processes – identification, investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions;
- Collaborate closely with the Production, Engineering, and QA departments to maintain and improve quality standards requirements;
- Responsible for conducting periodic internal audits according to the company program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree ( if it is in a technical field (preferably Electronics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Engineering, or Medical Devices – is an advantage);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities;
- Knowledge of technical drawings interpretation and manufacturing requirements;
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards (is an advantage);
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills;
- Strong English language knowledge– reading, writing, understanding, speaking;
- Good computer literacy (MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage).
