We are looking for a Quality Controller who is detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-driven, to ensure that all manufactured products comply with the required technical specifications and quality standards of the medical device industry.

Main responsibilities:

• Inspecting products at various stages of production, according to control plans and technical drawings;
• Using measuring and inspection tools (microscope, caliper, micrometer, etc.);
• Recording and reporting inspection results in internal quality systems (forms, Excel sheets, ERP software);
• Immediately reporting non-conformities and collaborating with production and technical departments for corrective actions;
• Ensuring traceability and compliance with ISO 13485 requirements and company procedures;
• Participating in regular quality and safety training sessions.

 Requirements:

• Technical high school or post-secondary education (preferably electrotechnical, mechanical, or medical field);
• Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the medical or electronics industry – considered an advantage;
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility;
• Availability to work in a cleanroom / controlled environment, in shifts;
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry);
• English – intermediate level.

We are looking for production operators to join our team and work on the assembly of innovative medical device components.

The technological process is performed mainly under a microscope, following standard production documentation.

No previous experience is required – we provide full on-the-job training.

Before employment, candidates complete a short practical skills test to ensure a smooth integration process.

Main responsibilities:

• Assemble specific products on the manufacturing lines according to production files and technical documentation;
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation;
• Follow company procedures, work safety, and efficiency standards;
• Work schedule in two shifts:

     🕕 06:00–14:15 / 🕐 14:15–22:30.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Quality Assurance aspects of the company;
• Responsible for the compliance with the Medical Standards (9001 and 13485);
• Develops, updates, and implements quality assuranace procedures and work instructions according to applicable ISO standards;
• Reviews and validates the technical documentation related to the production process;
• Monitors and analyzes key quality performance indicators (scrap rates, customer complaints, non-quality costs);
• Manage non-conformity processes – identification, investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions;
• Collaborate closely with the Production, Engineering, and QA departments to maintain and improve quality standards requirements;
• Responsible for conducting periodic internal audits according to the company program.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree ( if it is in a technical field (preferably Electronics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Engineering, or Medical Devices – is an advantage);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities;
• Knowledge of technical drawings interpretation and manufacturing requirements;
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards (is an advantage);
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills;
• Strong English language knowledge– reading, writing, understanding, speaking;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage).
