Benatav strives for 100 customer satisfaction through exemplary customer service, and adherence to a comprehensive quality assurance system. To assure both quality and customer satisfaction, all Benatav facilities are ISO 9001:2008 certified and all medical products are ISO 13485 certified. Benatav is fully committed to meet all UL requirements set by its customers per their specific applications. The company uses the appropriate UL-certified materials and work practices to adhere to these requirements on a case by case basis.
The quality assurance program is an integral part of the manufacturing program of each product manufactured in the company’s plants, following rules set during the transition to serial production. The QA program is implemented under strict supervision of headquarters’ QA team and quality specialists on the factory floor.
